At Ōpunake Primary, we have a strong focus on developing our local curriculum to ensure our students are well-equipped to succeed in an ever-changing world. Our recent Matariki/Puanga Celebration is a great example of this, with our students attending school at 6am in the morning to take part in the festivities. We believe that embracing our dual cultural heritage is the key to our future success.
